Review summary
Summarized by AI from 100+ reviews
The hotel is widely recognized for its exceptionally spacious rooms, a notable feature that sets it apart from many accommodations in Japan and offers excellent value for money. Guests generally find the hotel to be clean and comfortable, appreciating its convenient location with direct access to the tram system. While many praise the staff for their helpfulness, some guests have reported issues with service and communication. A recurring concern, however, is the presence of unpleasant smells in certain areas or rooms, alongside mixed feedback regarding noise levels from the street or nearby train tracks. This hotel is particularly well-suited for budget travelers seeking ample space, couples looking for a comfortable stay, and families who benefit from the larger room sizes. For a more peaceful experience, it is advisable to request a room on a higher floor or away from the train tracks, and guests should be prepared to address any strong odors upon arrival.
