There is a wide variety of food on offer at the hotel. The diverse menus greatly helped in catering for different palates. Guests found the dishes to be expertly prepared. Service was also top notch and one did not have to wait for long to be seated and served.

The hotel complex has a wonderful view of the five luxurious outdoor pools and the magnificent Wave Pool Beach. Guests can enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets during their stay at the hotel. Modern, clean and large rooms
Guests were very satisfied with the large rooms with luxurious beds. There were enough pillows on the beds and the mattresses were all quite comfortable. The rooms were very clean as the housekeeping staff gave them a thorough cleaning on a daily basis.

The slow check-in process led to long queues
A number of guests were dissatisfied with the amount of time they had to wait in order to check in at the hotel. Some felt that lack of appropriate staffing at the front desk was the main issue that led to the long queues of travelers.

The sound insulation was poor in some rooms
Some rooms were quite noisy and those inhabiting them were very displeased. Noise carried easily from the corridors and from one room to another. Conversations from other guests could easily be heard from a distance.

Limited multi-lingual staff members
A number of guests complained about them having difficulties in communicating with the staff members. Most complaints were raised by English speaking guests who felt that the hotel had limited personnel were fluent in the language.
