Review summary
Summarized by AI from 90+ reviews
This hotel offers a versatile apartment-style experience, ideal for families with small children and groups of friends seeking a comfortable and independent stay. Nestled in the heart of Chinatown, its central location provides easy access to local attractions and dining, though guests should note its position down narrow alleyways. A standout amenity is the washing machine with drying capabilities, proving highly beneficial for longer visits. The staff, particularly the manager, consistently receives praise for their responsiveness and polite telephone interactions, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. For those desiring more space, consider inquiring about larger room configurations, as some find the standard room size compact.
