JM Hotel rooms were found to have good views out over Warsaw, since they are at least 18 floors up, while they were also found to be clean, spacious, featuring showers with good pressure, and lots of amenities like fridges and coffee makers.
Many guests found the location to be decent, relatively close to the central railway station, with lots of cafes, the Warsaw Uprising Museum and shopping within a short walk, and city centre tourist attractions like the old town accessible by bus or a nice walk.
Guests found the hotel to offer a decent value proposition, and the staff was normally found to be helpful, attentive and friendly, although the front desk team was sometimes found to be lacking a smile.
A handful of guests at JM Hotel found issue with the hotel parking, which they found to be a bit cramped and difficult to negotiate, as well as a little expensive.
The location of the hotel was considered to be a bit far away for some, with around a 20-minute walk required to many of the central tourist attractions and the central train station.
A few of those who stayed had problems with the air conditioning, which they considered to be hard to control or did not work very well.
