The hotel is situated squarely in the heart of Seattle within walking distance to nearly all of the city's major sights and sounds. Pike's Place Market and the original Starbucks location is a 10-minute walk from the hotel while Seattle's major stadiums, Safeco Field and CenturyLink Field, can be reached in 15-minutes on foot.

Staff at the hotel does an excellent job of making guests feel welcome once they arrive at the property, according to guests who say employees seem to enjoy their job. The front desk and concierge staff in particular is friendly and out-going.

If you are bringing a car with you to the hotel, some guests advise that you might want to consider parking off-site. Guests say parking at the hotel can be pain as prices are high and the number of spaces are very limited.
