Hotel Scott House (Rome, Italy)

The hotel is near many of the major attractions which can be easily reached in a short walk. Restaurants, nightlife venues and boutiques are nearby as well. The hotel is a short two minute walk to the train station Termini, making it easy to use the Metro to get to places that are out of your walking range or the bus to get to the airport.

Guests really liked the recently updated rooms. Rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Air conditioning works well, a plus for sweltering summer days. The rooms are not really large, but well appointed and have all the amenities you need for a vacation.

Guests loved the friendly customer service they received at this location. They felt the staff took good care of them and went above and beyond for service requests. The staff speaks English well. Guests would return because of the exceptional customer service

Especially the rooms on the highest floor had trouble receiving Wi-Fi in their room. There is also a computer station available to guests or you might want to ask for a room on a lower floor to get better reception.

Because this is a lively neighbourhood, there is usually something going on day and night and you might hear some noise from the street. An easy way to remedy this is to use some earplugs.

Some guests were disappointed by the continental type buffet, which means you have no warm offerings besides some fresh pastries. The breakfast is included in your stay so if you don't like it you can always venture out to find a place that serves full breakfast.
