Hotel Palladium Palace (Rome, Italy)

Previous guests of the Hotel Palladium Palace were generally thrilled with its location when it came to exploring Rome. With a position in the heart of the city, the hotel is surrounded by an array of restaurants, shops, bars and world famous attractions.

Despite a small number of dissenting voices, most past visitors praised the customer service supplied by the hotel. ‘Friendly', ‘accommodating' and ‘courteous' were the type of words regularly used to describe the accommodation's personnel.

The cleanliness of the Hotel Palladium Palace was often commended by former guests that stayed at the Hotel Palladium Palace. Apparently serviced each day, the rooms were typically labelled as really clean throughout.

As well as fees for certain other facilities and services, the Hotel Palladium Palace's policy to charge for use of the on-site gym was particularly upsetting for some former visitors. Furthermore, the gym itself was said to not be in the best condition.

Along being labelled as small, numerous past guests claimed that the rooms at the hotel were somewhat dated and missing standard amenities. In particular, the failure to include tea/coffee making facilities was a regular annoyance aimed at the rooms.

Whilst the central location of the Hotel Palladium Palace was generally a highlight for a reason, it does reportedly come at a price: street noise. This was apparently more of an issue for rooms on the lower floors of the accommodation.
