Review summary

Summarized by AI from 200+ reviews

The hotel has recently undergone significant refurbishment in its rooms, aiming to provide a more modern and comfortable stay for guests. It serves as a convenient base for business travelers due to its motorway access and on-site EV charging points, and is also well-suited for families with its dedicated play area and spacious family rooms. Many guests appreciate the overall cleanliness and the efforts made to update the property, finding it a good value for money. However, the ongoing nature of the refurbishment has led to considerable disruption, particularly concerning dining facilities, which has been a major point of contention for many. To ensure a smooth experience, it is advisable to confirm the availability of all facilities, especially dining options, before booking, and consider requesting a newly refurbished room to avoid older, more dated accommodations.
