Super improvements on an already great space
Recent improvements have really upgraded this hotel into a true luxury space. The beds and linens are soft and of the best quality. The decor is beautifully presented and stylish and the rooms are spacious. There is even valet parking offered.
positive:
Excellent customer service
This level of customer service truly speaks to the luxury label. You'll receive the same level of service as if you are royalty, there to be served and waited on rather than having to chase down amenities and representatives.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Super expensive
Here, you're paying for the location and quick access to popular tourist attractions, like the marketplace, and the stunning views of the harbor. If you can't take advantage of these perks, you'll be wasting your money.
negative:
Not many amenities offered
The hotel doesn't have a lot of onsite amenities, other than the rooftop deck. There is no hotel bar or restaurant onsite, so you'll have to leave for every meal and drink unless you do room service, which offers food from a nearby restaurant. There is no pool or fitness center onsite and you'll have to travel to use those services.
negative:
You're in the thick of things
Since you're right in the busiest part of the city, you'll have to deal with the constant foot traffic and outside conversations that are ongoing, day and night. During sleeping hours, the glow from those attractions and outside lighting can also be intrusive.
