Review summary
Summarized by AI from 1,000+ reviews
This hotel is a versatile urban hub, ideal for business travelers, sightseers, and groups of friends seeking a dynamic stay. Its prime downtown location offers direct, often indoor, access to Rupp Arena and the Central Bank Center, placing guests steps away from major events and attractions. The hotel features well-equipped conference rooms and a convenient Starbucks on the ground floor, catering to both professional and casual needs. Guests consistently praise the friendly and helpful staff, particularly the efficient front desk team and punctual shuttle drivers, alongside the "amazing" and "very good" breakfast buffet. For optimal comfort, guests should consider requesting a room that does not face the west to avoid potential warmth issues in the fitness center.
