Review summary
Summarized by AI from 200+ reviews
This hotel is a popular choice, primarily due to its direct connection to Splash Lagoon indoor water park, making it an ideal destination for families seeking a fun-filled getaway. Guests frequently highlight the exceptionally friendly staff and the surprisingly good complimentary breakfast as significant positives. The hotel also features a large indoor pool that is a hit with children. While many appreciate the comfortable beds, some note the hotel's dated appearance. It's also a suitable option for pet owners, though some fees apply. For those planning a stay, it is advisable to request a room away from the highway to minimize noise and to be prepared for a potentially long walk through internal corridors to reach the water park, especially if mobility is a concern. Bringing personal toiletries is also recommended as hotel-provided options may be limited.
