Review summary
Summarized by AI from 100+ reviews
A quiet, upscale retreat for travelers visiting Merano.
This property offers a peaceful base for couples and solo travelers seeking a tranquil escape. The charming city center sits within a pleasant walk of the hotel, while the refreshing swimming pool provides a relaxing focal point for leisure time. Guests frequently praise the breakfast buffet for its high-quality local products; those arriving by motorcycle should inquire about the underground garage for secure, dedicated storage. While the accommodations are generally well-maintained, travelers should be aware that the rooms lack modern climate control systems.
Some guests mentioned: administrative inconsistencies, check-in challenges, limited staff professionalism.
