Review summary
Summarized by AI from 700+ reviews
This hotel is a practical choice for budget travelers and sightseers seeking an affordable stay in a prime urban setting. The property's strongest asset is its convenient location, offering easy access to major highways and attractions like the Synovus Amphitheater, and within walking distance to downtown Sandy Springs. While many amenities are in disrepair, the front desk team consistently receives praise for their friendly and helpful demeanor. Guests consistently praise the staff's responsiveness and politeness, despite inconsistencies in overall customer service. For a more comfortable experience, guests recommend requesting a room that has been recently updated.
