Positive Reviews

Close to attractions

You’ll find the B&B is ideally situated to explore Stratford-upon-Avon The town centre is just a five-minute walk away, so you won’t have to worry about the cost of taxis If you do want to venture further afield, Warwick is just eight miles from the town and within easy reach via public transport.

Small but comfortable rooms

While the rooms here aren't particularly spacious, reviews indicate that they’re clean and comfortable and include an adequate number of amenities Numerous guests comment on how comfortable the beds are too.

Excellent hosts

Owners and hosts Tim and Kate offer a warm welcome to Stratford-upon-Avon and a friendly and attentive service throughout the duration of your stay Tim, in particular, has in-depth knowledge about the local area and is happy to offer tips and advice on what to see and do while you’re in town.

Negative Reviews

Noise levels bother some guests

As with many B&B properties, the walls are perhaps a little thin Whether this will be an issue largely depends on how many other guests are staying Since the B&B is on a busy road, you may also hear some traffic.

No communal area

Some guests would prefer there was a communal place such as a lounge or bar where they can relax It’s not a huge problem since there are ample pubs and restaurants nearby.

Not quite at four-star level

Some guests comment that the B&B doesn't quite live up to the standards you might expect from a four-star property Remarks are mainly about the lack of facilities, small rooms and limited breakfast times, so certainly not a deal breaker for all guests.
