Most of the guests loved the scenic view of the entire city of Kuala Lumpur right from the window of their suites. Suites are large and clean. They are well-equipped with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. Guests found the beds with fresh clean linen to be very comfortable. Bathroom was supplied with running hot and cold water 24 hours a day.
The hotel is centrally located with many places of interest that are close by. It is surrounded by markets, local restaurants and shopping centres. The Petronas Twin Towers and Kuala Lumpur Bird Park is at a short walking distance from the hotel. Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport is a 20 minutes' drive while the Medan Tuanku Monorail train station is only five minutes' walk from the hotel.
Guests were happy to have an onsite parking space that saved them from the trouble of looking for random parking spots. The underground parking area is quite spacious. Most of the guests enjoyed the facilities like sauna and massages provided at the spa & wellness centre.
Wi-Fi connection was very erratic and painstakingly slow once connected. Many guests who were on a business trip could not work because of the patchy Wi-Fi connection.
Some of the guests felt that the quality of breakfast and the spread offered was not good and needed to be improved.
Most of the guests were not very happy with the management and staff members. They were rude and the owner of the hotel was hot-headed and argued with many guests.
