The airport shuttle was exactly as promised, and guests appreciated that it was on time with friendly drivers who were quick to assist with luggage. If you need to be at the airport, this hotel can't be beat for location, and guests would stay again for the convenience of free parking and the short drive to take a flight.
Narrow, gloomy hallways and accommodation that was beginning to show signs of age detracted from an otherwise pleasant visit for a number of guests. Many felt that while rooms provided a comfortable stay, they were sometimes in need of modernization.
Pillows, bedding and mattresses weren't the highlight for some guests. An uncomfortable sleep isn't what you want to spend your hard earned money on, and guests recommended a pillow and bedding upgrade as soon as possible. Mattresses can be a personal preference, but some guests were also unsatisfied with beds that had seen better days.
