If you enjoy being close to all the action, you will appreciate that several guests were pleased that the hotel is situated very close to area points of interest such as Old Chiang Mai and the local bazaar. Many attractions are within walking distance.

If customer service is important to you, you will be happy to know that in general, staff members have been said to be very friendly and welcoming to guests during their visits.

There were also positive remarks about the hotel's nice pool area, which came complete with scenic tropical vegetation surrounding it.

There were several complaints about the hotel and surrounding area being very loud at times. Some guests said this was due to the fact that the hotel sits near several bars which play loud music through the evening; other people said guests inside the hotel were also quite noisy at times. Some visitors mentioned they had to wear ear plugs to sleep.

If you do not enjoy being around insects, you may want to note that there were also negative remarks about flies, moths and mosquitoes being a nuisance.

Some visitors felt that the cost of a night's stay was pretty pricey considering what was offered; some people also said they thought that the beds were uncomfortable, breakfast was hit or miss and sometimes repetitive and the Wi-Fi service was not always the best.
