The property's rooftop pool offers spectacular views of Kuala Lumpur including the famed Petronas Towers. Guests say the pool area is very nice and add that there is also a Jacuzzi and sun loungers for you to use.

Visitors say the hotel's location is rather central and makes it easy to get around town. The nearest LTR station is a five-minute walk from the property and Ampang Park and Suria KLCC Shopping Centre can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. The hotel also has a complimentary shuttle that can drop you off at nearby shopping areas and office buildings.

Travellers compliment the accommodations at the property saying they are very spacious and also have a lot in terms of amenities. Rooms are equipped with a kitchenette that has a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker and you will also find an entertainment system and an en-suite bathroom in each one.

There is a free complimentary breakfast offered to visitors each morning at the hotel's on-site restaurant, Souled Out Ampang. A number of travellers claim the breakfast lacks variety and the quality of food served in the morning is mediocre as well.

A few guests were unimpressed with the effort level of the employees at the hotel saying the staff could work a little more diligently. Not all employees are guilty of this but there are a few who could do a better job.

If you are the type of person who enjoys ordering room service, you're out of luck when staying here as the hotel does not have any such options available. A couple of visitors state this can be a little annoying if you like being able to order in-room dining.
