Sentral Pudu is in a convenient location if you want to be close to the city centre. You're just a  short walk from Berjaya Times Square, but you're also close to train, bus and monorail stations so it's easy to get around Kuala Lumpur.

This hotel does not carry a high price tag despite it's city centre location. In fact, this place is actually pretty good value for money so if you're visiting the city on a tight budget it could be the right accommodation for you.

You'll enjoy a high standard of customer service here, with the professional staff happy to help you with whatever requests you have. If you have any problems just let someone know and they will solve it for you.

Unfortunately staying connected to the internet can be a bit of an issue here, with the free Wi-Fi not reaching all of the rooms. You may have to check every corner of your room for a good signal, and even then the speed can be slow.

If your morning meal is important to you then you'll probably be disappointed with the culinary offerings for breakfast here. Lack of choice and average quality ingredients makes it bland and boring.

Everyone likes a clean and tidy room, but you're not guaranteed to get one here. You might see the odd cockroach scurrying around and some of the bathrooms could have spots of mould. If your room is not clean enough take it up with reception straight away.
