Granville Bridge, Sunset Beach Sunset Beach and the popular Robson Street shopping district can be reached within 15-minutes' walk. Other attractions such as the Queen Elizabeth Theater, Rogers Arena and Canada Place are a 20-minute walk away.

According to the different room categories, guests have described their accommodation as either spacious or small and cozy. The rooms were found to be clean and well presented and the bathrooms were also clean and spacious.

The staff have been described as friendly and courteous, professional and helpful. Staff are also knowledgeable about the local area and attractions, and are available to provide tourist information or assistance with booking tickets.

Some guests reported that the sound of revelers on the street and the loud music coming from the local bars and clubs prevented them from sleeping well. For a quieter nights' sleep, it is advised to request a room facing away from the main street.
