Review summary
Summarized by AI from 400+ reviews
This hotel, with its heritage feeling and unique Swiss-kind cottages, is ideal for families and sightseers seeking a blend of charm and convenience. The property boasts a prime location at the entry of Nainital, offering stunning views of Naini Lake and easy access to key attractions. Families will appreciate the children's play area and indoor games, including mini-golf, though availability can vary. Guests consistently praise the delicious food and home-like taste, particularly the breakfast buffet, despite some inconsistencies in à la carte options. For a more comfortable stay, consider requesting a lower-level room due to the absence of a lift, especially if traveling with senior citizens.
