With stunning decor and all of the comforts you would expect to find in a home away from home this apartment comprises three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, dining, lounge with a balcony, AC, BBQ and sensational views. LINEN NOT INCLUDED - HIRE IS AVAILABLEPosition is perfect and the views are truly amazing given the property is situated right on the famous Great Ocean Road in a prime beachfront location. Features a fully equipped kitchen with island bench and breakfast bar, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and dining table to seat 8 guests. The open plan living area features a comfortable lounge suite, air-conditioning, heating, stunning decor, TV and DVD player with access to a paved balcony with BBQ and outdoor setting which offers views of the ocean. This home is has heating/cooling it also includes heating to bedrooms to keep you warm and cosy at night. Master bedroom includes a queen bed, balcony, sitting area and ensuite with a large shower. Second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a bunk bed plus an extra single trundle bed. There is a central bathroom with a shower and bath and a European laundry with washing machine, dryer and an iron. You are so close to the main street that you can walk to the shops, cafes, restaurants, parks and the beach but to see some of the regions attractions such as waterfalls, cape otway etc getting around is best by car, however there are tour companies that operate in the area so you can book day trips etc. The information center on the foreshore is the best place to go to access this kind of information.SLEEPS 7Master: QueenBedroom 2: QueenBedroom 3: Bunk + Single Trundle (3 x Singles)The guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment.The home is managed by Otway Retreats, a boutique, and local property management company based in Apollo Bay. We are also local and on-call should you have any issues or need help throughout your stay.
