Those who booked a stay here said many of the city's major malls were very close by, mentioning shopping spots like Central Embassy, Siam Paragon and Terminal 21 in particular. Furthermore, it seems that there is a BTS Skytrain stop found very close by, which people said gave them great freedom in terms of being able to move about the city with no issues.

The rooms and suites here were said to have a decent standard of cleanliness, plenty of space and a balcony to enjoy, comfy beds and linen, and were considered to be modern and good-looking. Moreover, people really liked the swimming pool area and the spa complex was also thought to be of a high quality.

According to past guests, the staff working here is apparently attentive, kind and friendly and people enjoyed the fact that they could help themselves to free hot drinks and soft drinks in the lobby. On top of this, the breakfast buffet selection was thought to be great, consisting of a wide selection of very tasty dishes.

The only main issue raised by guests was the fact that many suffered from construction noise during their stay, due to works which were taking place at an adjacent site at the time of writing in late 2016.
