Review summary

Summarized by AI from 100+ reviews

The hotel's most notable feature is its prime location, offering unparalleled access to the city's main train station and vibrant downtown area. This makes it an excellent choice for sightseers eager to explore local attractions and business travelers seeking convenience. Guests frequently highlight the friendly and helpful staff as a significant positive, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. While many appreciate the hotel's central position, some reviews indicate that the rooms and facilities are showing signs of age, with calls for modernization. The dining experience, particularly breakfast, receives mixed feedback, with some praising its offerings while others desire more variety. For a more comfortable stay, it is advisable to request a room on a higher floor to mitigate potential street noise, and guests should consider bringing their own personal toiletries as these are not consistently provided.
