Additionally, they have a keen eye for detail, carefully noting guests’ needs and habits and go out of their way to provide small, thoughtful touches to enhance the overall quality of stay. This was impressive and many past guests took the time to mention certain members of staff by name in their reviews.

While not right in the heart of the city, this hotel is within walking distance of central Chiang Mai. Guests reported that the city’s top sites – including the famous night bazaar – were within easy reach.

Guests felt that the breakfast and dinner menus at this hotel could be improved. Most noted that the former meal was lacking in variety while the dinner menu was found by many to be oddly limited.
