The hotel's complimentary breakfast buffet was quite good according to guests who say there were lots of choices and it tasted nice. The breakfast can be found in the on-site restaurant and includes eggs, waffles, breakfast meats and more.

Guests say the hotel was very clean in every area and this makes you feel comfortable during your stay. The rooms were very tidy and cleaned regularly while the lobby and common areas were spotless as well.

There is a complimentary shuttle available at the hotel that can take and pick you up from nearby locations as well as Sea-Tac International Airport. The shuttle runs hourly, and visitors point out that it made getting around the local area a breeze. If you have a car, there is freeway nearby which can take you into Seattle or Tacoma.

Visitors say the hotel's Wi-Fi can go out for long periods of time which can be especially frustrating if you need the use the internet for important tasks. Travelers add that some of the rooms also struggle to get the Wi-Fi signal.

Some employees at the hotel were not particularly friendly and didn't do a good job according to guests who add that the check-in and check-out process can be made difficult because of these staff members.

A good night's sleep can be hard to come by at the property as visitors note the beds can be hard and really uncomfortable. Guests add the bed linens and pillows were not all that great as well.
