Review summary

Summarized by AI from 60+ reviews

This hotel is not recommended for any traveler due to pervasive issues with safety, cleanliness, and basic amenities. The property's location is particularly problematic, situated in a neighborhood described as unsafe with frequent reports of rats. Facilities are severely lacking, with guests consistently reporting an absence of essential toiletries, dirty conditions, and unsafe, unlit staircases. While some guests have noted positive interactions with the owner, communication breakdowns and unresponsiveness from management are common. Rooms are frequently deemed uninhabitable due to their small size, lack of proper bedding, and widespread issues with mold, roaches, and noise. For a more comfortable and secure stay, it is advisable to seek alternative accommodations.
