    Many are impressed with the size of the rooms, as well as the modern feeling and stellar maintenance. En suite bathrooms and comfortable bedding enhance the atmosphere.

    The pool receives high marks from guests. 25 metres and attended by lifeguards, it's something special that guests can enjoy during their stay.

    Guests say the hotel is the perfect place for the business traveller. The location makes getting in or out of Madrid easy and the hotel’s 24-hour business centre and free Wi-fi will ensure you’re always connected.

    The free Wi-Fi as not as free as claimed.

    Guests are encouraged to join the loyalty program, and, having done this, will receive free Wi-Fi in their room. Otherwise, Wi-Fi costs a fee in non-public spaces.

    Not exactly in the city centre as advertised, and not even technically in Kowloon, the hotel lays off the eastern edge of Kowloon. While this is fine for some, others find the distance to the city centre too great. Travel to the airport will take about 45

    A few guests travelling as a family have had some trouble with this hotel. Children over two must pay the same price as adults for breakfast, and children's beds are not automatically provided by the staff and will come at a fee.
